Clutch noise and what is this white plastic for ?

My car just making a weir noise ( not loud at all and it sound like something need to be grease ). The noise is back of my intake, down to the tranny, so I accident push the clutch in then noise go away, if I even gently tap the clutch the noise go away. The clutch is vibrate alot. Do I need to replace the clutch ?

when I get under the car today, and found this white clip that support connect to the brake, what is this for ? do I need to connect it back to brake ?

I take it that English is not your first language?

If I'm understanding your post correctly, it sounds like you have a chattering throw-out bearing. The tranny will need to come out and you'll need to replace that bearing. You should probably also replace the pilot bearing at the same time.

Here is a pic of the clutch fork and bearing. The round bearing in the pic is what I think the problem is, based upon your description.

The white clip you're showing appears to be part of the switch that either activates the brake lights or cuts the cruise control. It should be reconnected.

Should I throw in a King cobra clutch kit that include all that, at the same time ?

What about that plastic white thing on the brake pedal, should I connect it to the brake ?

See bottom of post above about the "white thing".

No, you do not need to replace your clutch at this time. You can if you like but unless you're having other clutch problems, it's not necessary.

Thanks for answering all my question, yes english is my third language ( I do spoke Vietnamese and Chinese ). Do you have any Ideal where I can get those part and labor cost ? thanks

How do I change clutch fluid ?

Kinda figured you were fighting through a language barrier.

You don't HAVE clutch fluid.

The throwout bearing can be purchased at any Ford dealership. I've had the most success with the OEM part.

You may want to try adjusting your clutch with the stock quad first. If not, install an adjustable quadrant (leave the stock cable).

Pull up on the clutch pedal then press it down as far as it will go.

Work . Alot less travel pedal and vibrate now, thanks

How often do I need to do this ? on the manual they told me that I have to put on first gear then depress the clutch and slowly let it go back and then press down again.

How is the clutch lubicate ? tranny fluid ?

Cool, I'm glad that helped.

I don't know how often to do it ... I just do it from time to time while I'm driving. Like at a stop light, I'll pull it up with my foot and then push it back down. I don't know if it matters/helps any ...

What are you asking about trans fluid?

You can adjust your clutch as often as needed. There is no 'set interval'.

No, the tranny fluid does not lubricate the clutch mechanism, and it does not need to be lubricated in our cars. We have a linear, cable type mechanism instead of the hydraulic system.
