It doesn't make any noise when the clutch pedal is out or in or any other time EXCEPT every once in a while it seems to squeek (best way to describe it but deeper sounding than a squeek) when I let off the clutch in 1st. It always happens at the same point in letting out the clutch and it seems the slower I let out the clutch (more i ride it) the more frequent it does it. It only squeeks for less than a second. What could this be??

Well, when you consider how the whole clutch assembly from pedal to clutch goes, it could be many things. Can you tell where the sound seems to be coming from? It could be anything from the pedal assembly, to the clutch fork, to maybe even the cable. The fact that it squeeks when you let out the clutch slowly makes me think T/O bearing, even tho you ruled that out....

I'm not ruling out the T/O bearing.. i'm just stating that it's not the usual noise peopel experience with a T/O bearing. It doesn't seem to be coming from the inside of the car (ie pedal assembly). I also forgot to mention I have a steeda cable and FWA.

Ah, gotcha. I would jack up the car, put it on stands, and have a friend acutate the clutch while you listen under the car for the sound. If you are really gutsy you could start the car and engage the clutch to simulate real driving, although doing that puts you in a lot of risk.

See it ONLY happens if I'm taking off in first gear... any other gear it's fine and when there's NO pressure on the clutch it's fine. It's ONLY when taking off in first gear. I've never heard of anybody having this problem before
