Clutch operation question(not mustang but still ford)

I am ready to put my 390 and T-18 down into my F-150. It was partially stripped being a junkyard truck before the restoration and I have the clutch quadrant in, floorpan has been cut away for 4spd shifter and t-case. But what exactly do I need to operate the clutch? I dont know how or what is needed to move the clutch fork from the clutch pedal basically.

Basic Z bar, ball mounts and linkage would help.

Ok I know what the Z-bar is...but the other stuff...uh...have a diagram or somethin?

if I can make this work.

this is if you are using linkage set up hyd is different.
