clutch pedal adjustment

I know you can adjust the pedal by pulling up on it but that does nothing. There is something wrong with mine because if you move it slightly (the pedal) there is a chatter that comes from the clutch or something.

This started after I hit a curb relatively hard while doing something dumb but i dont know what the noise is and it has a rough feeling when you push the clutch in the first quarter of the way while shifting.

Anyone have any ideas or what to look for maybe the clutch cable or something?

I have the same problem, but it didnt happen after hitting a curb. What I have noticed though is that this will happend if im aggressive with the clutch. Slow and smooth in and out, and I keep the pedal feel no problems. If I go rip it through a couple gears and speed shift, then most of the time the end result is a crappy pedal feel.

One thing you can try that I found on kinda on accident is that if the engine is off and you just sit in the car, push the clutch in slow (I usually do it with it parked in 1st gear btw) and slide your foot over and just let it release, then it will come back nice and stiff with no roughness or chatter. It doesnt seem to work with the engine running, and it only works slow in, fast out. Sometimes It wont do it, and sometimes it will work on first try, but I've kept my pedal feel for about a week now and not shifting fast has kept it that way. Wish I knew what part is causing this.
