I'm starting to collect parts to swap a TKO into my '69 Mach 1 which currently has the stock FMX and lately I've been searching for a clutch pedal assembly. I see plenty of places that carry clutch pedals for 64-66, but I have yet to see a company that offers them for '69s. I was just wondering if the pedals for the 64-66's will fit OK in a '69, or is there a source somewhere that I don't know about that carries them? I know some of you guys have done 5spd swaps on '69 cars, what did you do about the clutch pedal when starting with an auto?

Good luck on that, you can get them on EBAY - but even rusty pedals without the spring go for 300 or more (USD). I'm going to make my own when the time comes, from stainless too! I work as a CAD programmer for a laser cutter so I can cut it and know people to do bending, make the pivot shaft, etc.

As far as I know no-one reproduces the 69 clutch pedal.

Nick I have a 70 fastback original three speed car, I am currently doing the t-5 swap in my 69 but Im willing to get rid of the pedal assembly which has power brakes from the 70, they use diffrent frame brakets but can be modified to work. if your interested email me Jeffreyinman19@hotmail.com.

Wow! 300 for a rusty clutch pedal? I was serious debating a TKO vs an AOD. Now it looks like an AOD is definite. Too bad, stick is much more fun.
