Well lately my the pedal has been makeing a clicking sound after i push it in all the way when it comes back up right before the very top, i can also feel the click too, the owners manuel says to pull up on the pedal from time to time to adjust it. but when i try that it clicks up same click tipe of click as i mentioned above, but thats all it dose i could pull up on it 100 time and it will just click every time instead of adjusting. i asked my mech and he sayed that cuz i have a new fly wheel and clutch the is no room for it to adjust, What do you guys think.

If you still have your stock plastic clutch quadrent I would say your teeth are messed up. Get an aluminum clutch quadrent with a fire-wall adjuster.

I remember when I changed my stock quadrent how messed up it was. Like teeth messing. The metal clutch quadrent's are much more durable. Plus you can adjust them from the belhousing fork and if you get a fire-wall adjuster at the firewall.

Sounds like the self adjusting clutch quadrent is FUBAR. ditch it and get a clutch quadrent kit. I bought a quadrent, firewall adjuster and brand new clutch cable for like $90 from UPR. Nice quality and no issues for over 2 years.

I would say that the quadrant is bad, which is why it won't adjust to your new clutch. I would also guess that its on its way out, and will leave you stranded somewhere when it finally gives up the ghost. I would also suggest changing out the cable, quadrant and adding a firewall adjuster.

Yup... gonna STB soon. Get another OEM cable, and some billet linkage like they said. This is kinda like a right of passage in the late model mustang world, everybody has to do it sometime, then you're a man. or, well, woman, but anyway...

Since you still have the original quadrant in there I have to ask, have you pulled out your air silencer yet?
