I have a 94 GT. When my clutch pedal is out, my car is making more of a ticking sound rather than a squeaking sound. You push the clutch in about half way, and the sound goes away. You look underneath the car and you can see the clutch fork is vibrating I guess. You can put slight pressure on the clutch fork and the sound goes away. Does anybody know what the problem is? I've put a new throwout bearing, steel bearing retainer, and adjustable cable setup...and the problem still exists. The clutch was relatively new when I bought the car. Could it be the clutch fork? The car has a blower, if it's a heavy duty clutch, could it be too much for the stock clutch fork? Help?? Anyone?? Much appreciated. --Sean

I put a For Racing TOB in, got it from summit, along with a steel front bearing retainer for trans. Didn't notice anything unusual. Yes, TOB is on the fork correctly. Any other ideas?

I had that happen to me and i replaced the TOB...about 1500 miles later the same thing happened. So i put a new TOB in and it hasnt come back since. Sometime you just get a bum TOB. Sorry man...i know what squeeking is anoying as hell. Oh..you could also adjust some of the clutch cable slack out...that might help
