No. If it were bent, it would be bent the other way.

Something is wrong with that TO Bearing. I think Karthief may be right in that it looks backwards and unattached from the clutch fork.

Light up that tb and look to see if it's still attached to the lever and the ball at the other end, can't believe that tb would go a thousand miles and not be screaming in pain if on backwards, I'd be surprised if it worked at all but sure appears that way.

Could my clutch fork be bent? If so, any recommendations or links to the one I’d need?

Just jacked the car up again and put new batteries in the flashlight. The TB appears to be attached. Argh!!!

I'm thinking maybe the pivot ball is either too long or came unattached/broke somehow.

Unless I've got my geometry screwed up, this would me the fork get bound up or hit the back of the bellhousing.

Do I have things backwards?

One last question. I do have an adjustable quadrant. The cable is on the hook furthest away from the firewall, or at the top of the quadrant and the firewall adjuster is screwed all the way in. Is it supposed to be on the hook closest to the firewall and could this have any effect on my fork position?

No. The quadrant has nothing to do with how far back your clutch fork rests with any air gap between the TO bearing and PP.
