Clutch Problems

Today, My car would'nt go into gear on the first try but then today i tried to put in into 1st gear and it would'nt go in and then my clutch let loose and went straight down wiht no pressure and it could'nt get it into gear.

You most likely snapped your clutch cable. Buy a firewall adjuster, aftermarket quadrent and a good cable and call it a day.

Mike is very likely right. For fun, you can go under the car at the clutch fork and tug on the cable a little to make sure that is what happened.

As he wisely mentioned, most folks like a stock cable (40 bucks online) and a FWA. And it is a great time to do the quadrant, but the quadrant might not be necessary (or it could be at fault altogether here).

Best bet before you start buying parts would be to look underneath and make sure the cable didnt just come out of the fork. Especially if you haqppened to lift up on the pedal at all. Happened to me one time when I was messing with the self adjuster and then when I pushed the clutch in it just went to the floor. I thought I might have broke my cable but it had just slid out of the fork. This is pre clutch install mind you.

You also might have broken your clutch fork or the throw out bearing came loose of the clutch fork, make sure what the problem is before going any further.
