Clutch Question- Is this all I need?

Looking at picking up this centerforce: Centerforce - Centerforce Dual Friction DF800075 - StreetSideAuto

This plus the throwout bearing (an extra $31)

Is there anything else I need for a shop to install it? I am not going to mess around with this or gears, rather have both done professionally.

Since my LT's will block access I wanted to get the clutch done now.

Would a flywheel really give me a huge increase if I plan on a cam and or centi blower? around 400, so not to need to build up the internals) would be my limit.

On a side note, $366 for the Kit and bearing - $30 -10% from Shopping.Bing = $300 shipped.

Depending on the condition of the flywheel you made need to resurface or replace it. Also you may need some wear parts like pilot bearing, pivot ball stud, etc. Be sure and use an OEM TOB.

The flywheel will not give you much of an increase. But, i would recommend getting a new one when you do the clutch just to be on the safe side, some people have chattering problems when trying to re-use the stock flywheel even after resurfacing them.

Personally I run a Spec Steel flywheel with a spec stg 2 clutch and i like it a lot. The only reason i didn't go with the aluminum flywheel is because the the steel ones are stronger and i wanted the peace of mind that its never going to break or crack.

yeah, did some reading on the alum. Since i am not doing SCCA etc I will just get an OEM one.

Yup, I would recommend an adjustable clutch quadrant too though. I have the steeda one and love it...
