What clutch did you have put in? If the PP is very stiff because of a puck style clutch, you're pretty much stuck with what you have. About the only thing you can do is put on a SS clutch line. That definitely helps. I put one on mine when i changed the clutch last year and it's a huge improvement. I also put a bleeder fitting on at the transmission to help bleed the line out faster.
