Cobra body kit help..

Hello Im about to purchase a 2002 GT.. Anywho i'd really like ti throw some cobra body parts on it such as the hood and rear spoiler. Only question is does anyone know where i can purchase these online? I was looking at going with the cobra front bumper too... but wasnt sure about the rear bumper, and the truth is if i dont have a true cobra i dont want to have a "COBRA" sign imprinted on my rear bumper. www.gefracing.com has cobra parts. there's really a bunch of places that have them. you could probably do a search on "mustang cobra bumper, spoiler, etc." in google and get a long list. when it comes to the rear bumper, the only one that was different was the 03/04 bumper. the 99 was the exact same thing as the GT bumper right down to the "mustang" lettering. all that changed for the 01 cobra was the "cobra" lettering was added, otherwise it was still the same bumper design.

he already stated that he doesn't want the "cobra" lettering to appear on the bumper. i highly doubt he'll be putting the snake emblems on the fenders too. besides that, there are a bunch of people on this site that have cobra front bumpers and we don't knock em for it.

Please just DONT (whatever you do)...DONT put Cobra badges on the car And if you dont want "cobra" on the rear bumper, you can have it filled in at a body shop when they paint it. Nickthegenius has a nice 03 Cobra bumper filled in. Looks kinda cool. Looks plain, but unique.

The hood works with very little modding to the facia.
Not that i've done it,but it's one of those overkilled questions,and has been answered zillions of times,with pics,and instructions on how too.It is very simple mod to do.

I didn't find an 03-04 front bumper on any of the sites posted. My stock bumper is a bit messed up from a run in with a chain link fence do I would also like to find a new bumper online. I know you can order them from dearborn but I am sure that is expensive.

bumpers.com does have a lot of stuff but they don't list an 03-04 cobra bumper but if you call they might be able to get one.

thanks for all your reply's... i'll get on it. lol im not putting a cobra emblem on my car. I used to have a maxima and we had these kids who would put skyline badges on there car.. we knocked em all the time on my old forum.

Since we'e now on this subject...From what I've seen, Cobra owners do seem to be more uptight when someone puts Cobra exterior parts on their GTs; whether it's badged or not. I honestly could care less if they approve or not. If I wanted a Cobra front bumper, I'll put one on anyway, and say "f*** you" to the haters obviously have insecurity issues. The same goes for Roush.
