This car was gutted and needs complete new brake lines I'm trying to do it the easiest and cleanest looking was I can. can the stock proportion valve be completely removed from the system and just run a T from the master to the front caliper and then run an adjustable valve to the rear?

Potentially,....yes.

There is a wilwood prop valve/distribution block that works for both front and rear brakes. I'm using it on my car.
