I need new brakes in the spring and I'm for sure looking to upgrade to bigger stuff. I've been looking around and can't find any real web sites with kits designed for front and back. If guys could post some links that would help a lot. Thanks.

I am with you on this one. I can find front brake kits, but not for both. I would like to know too.

for the back cobra brakes all you need are the axle brackets that that the calipers bolt on to from a cobra as they both use a gt caliper just moved outbored, oh and cobra 11.65 rotors of course, but the bracket's are like $150.00 i think, for the front you just need calipers, rotors, bracket's (which come with the rotors usually) and make sure you buy cobra banjo bolt's( the bolt that attaches the brake line...buy cobra brake lines front and back.

Here's a link to a thread I made about how I pieced together the front brakes, and for the rear, Brother's Performance sells a 13" kit for $250. It includes Baer rotors, a caliper relocate bracket, and hardware, and retains the factory caliper. I also upgraded to Hawk pads while I was at it.

Performance Parts Inc.

I bought their stuff a few months ago and it is absolutely fantastic. Replaced everything but the master cylinder (didn't need to as the feel is perfect).

$399 for the front 2004 Cobra Kit (everything included)
$389 for the rear 2004 Cobra Kit (everything included)
$20 or so for upgraded stainless steel lines

The above kits include calipers, rotors, pads, banjo bolts, and literally everything needed for the upgrade. My 2004 Cobra brakes have red calipers (other colors available) and they are great. Had a local mustang shop do the install and the owner really liked the kit (and the owner has started recommending this specific kit to customers). All parts are brand new without any defects at all.

I think someone mentioned using a kit that retained the stock calipers. If that is the front calipers, forget it. The Cobra front caliper has two pistons which aid big time in braking compared to the stock one piston calipers. Upgrade the stock calipers without question.
