Is a cobra cam even worth swapping into a GT or would a TFS stage 1 be better. With the cobra do I have to go to 1.7 rockers as well?

The best cam for stock heads is the stock cam. With turbos on the way, I don't think a TFS stage 1 is optimal. If you are set on swapping cams, I'd look into a Steeda 18, folks seem to have good luck with those in forced induction setups.

So for NA the TFS stage 1 a good cam, I found cam, gt40 intake manifolds and 75mm throttle body for $300, kinda leaning towards NA for now.
