gonna be installing edelbrock 60379's, crane 2040 cam(e-303), 70mm tb equal length BBK,s. already have flowmasters, and pro-m cal'd for 19's. Have 24's not too sure if gonna install yet. And stock bottom end with 50k. Now to my question, should I go with the Cobra intake or the Eddy RPM?

Thanks
Your help is greatly appreciated....

24s and the RPM intake. what size MAF are you going to use? i would get a 75mm or 77-80mm if you can find one.

If it has to be an E cam, i'd use an edelbrock performer. I'd pick another cam if you don't have the E cam yet.

i vote edelbrock performer, or the tyhpoon, much more even flow between ports than the ancient gt40/cobra

If you're using the regular Peformer heads you might as well get the Performer intake....they're designed to work together.

and how many intakes have you flowed to back up your statement...? FUNNY how all the test on new intakes still compare the "ancient" GT-40 style intake...

Yeah...the typhoon is a real good idea...lets get a rip off intake with rough casting and poor casting quality to get the "even flow between ports."

FYI: the Performer intake stock vs stock maybe at best flows 5-10cfm better than the GT-40/Cobra intake...

People say to get different intakes, but i like the GT40 style. They may not make as much top end horse power as some others, but they do make great torque.

She is a 1991 LX, running a 5 speed, with 3:73's. And N*Miller I will be running a 75mm mas air.

Thanks again
