Cobra intake, Stock hood, Will a spacer clear?

Just picked up a new to me 94/95 cobra intake but it is missing some of the upper to lower bolts. Thought about picking up a spacer since it will come with the hardware and gaskets for upper to lower. How big of a spacer will still fit under the hood?

3/8 will clear but then your just adding runner lenght to an already long runner intake. It would be cheaper to get the right bolts from Fordracing.com (GT40 bolt kit). It would be even cheaper to go to any hardware store and buy or have them order at a minumum stage 5 bolts.

Itll fit. I have probably close to a 1" spacer and it fits.
