Heres a 94/95 cobra on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7912436250&category=46098 it's a direct bolt on eveything is the same except the upper intake bolts are longer. Everything else just interchanges.

I went to a local hardware store with the intake in hand and found the longer ones I needed(don't remember what size/get at least a stage 5 or stronger bolt). You only need to replace the top 4 bolts the lower ones on the upper intake are fine. Your egr hole is located on the intake elbow, look at the passenge side header and follow the pipe the leads to the intake thats the egr.

It will eliminate the egr system(check engine light will follow). I just read that in ebay you can just take it to a machine shop and they can reopen it for you.

is the cobra intake capable of 400 hp and isn't a 94-94 better for a 94-95
it is, not NA...but it would be difficult(damn near impossible) to see 400 wheel horsepower NA out of a 302 anyways....a 94-95 intake isnt really any better for a 94-95 car since all aftermarket intakes are really made for the 93 and under cars

For a Cobra to make 400RWHP naturally aspirated and at less than 6,000 rpm, it's gonna take a lot of work. 400FWHP is more in reach with porting the lower, but that won't be a cake walk either.

Most resuilts you see are in the 275-325RWHP range for primarlily street driven cars with something like an AFR 165 head and a decent cam.

thats a huge margin for someone spending that much money.

just make sure you do all your research before starting any combo- this is to anyone who considers themselves "new"

the a Cobra intake, F-cam, and good heads i would expect to see 285-290rwhp....there are better choices out there in the power department than the Cobra intake, and F-cam.....

....1/4 times are hard to guess...Paul(Killercanary) runs 12.3's in his very with 293rwhp but he is an AMAZING driver.....400rwhp should be good for 11's easy if you can drive....but its going to be an amazing feat as tmoss said to see that NA on a 302....even flywheel hp 400 is iffy, because thats like 340rwhp....and the most power ive seen put down recently is GTJake with around 325rwhp(i know thats close to his number) and he is rockin AFR's a ported Edelbrock manifold, and an FTI cam and his intake and cam are better than an Fcam, and a Cobra intake....

i'm not set on the cobra intake i will do more if i need to and i might not even stay witht the 302 i deliever auto parts and in the back of our building is a really good machine shop and i get good deals on machine work so a 331 isn't outta the question and better heads intake cam also. a 331 should be able to get 400 rwhp right?

It will with some work their is a guy her his screen name is **young347** he has a stout combo and is putting down CLOSE to 400 I think is was more like 360-380 somethink like that. Talk to him how much it took to get close to the 400rwhp mark.
