Cobra IRS swap.

I've got a friend willing to swap his 2003 cobra independent rear suspension for the tired old solid axle in my '95. I wanted to find out what I'm getting myself into. The forum search wasn't very helpful as it won't search for 3 letter words(ie. IRS) Anyways I know it bolts up. That I'm not concerned about. What bumps in the road should I expect?

The exhaust is obvious...

The brakes? Lines and emergency brake cables?

The antilock brakes?

Do I have to remove the fuel tank?

Is the cobra rear any different in width?

Driveshaft?

Thank you and forgive me. I was searching around on Corral.net first and their sorry search engine doesn't allow for 3 word searches(ie. IRS).
