Well, now they called said it's the damn Thermostat. Is it even possible for this to be the whole problem? I thought the thermo was what read the temp of the coolant, and then relayed that info to the computer to tell it to turn on the fans or not to cool down the motor. This is what its purpose was in my old Grand Prix, but of course this is a different vehicle. Could that actually be the reason that nearly a gallon of coolant leaked out of my cooling system? This just sounds like bull**** to me. Although, I don't have much expereience with these Cobra DOHC motors. If anyone has any helpful information for me, it would be greatly appreciated!
