Bought a car this week. Guy had a running cobra that was involved in an accident. Swapped the motor into a v6 body with all the engine harness, and the cobra computer. It's a 94 cobra engine in a 94 v6 body. After the swap it does not run. Cranks over just fine, builds oil pressure, I smell fuel, but I have no spark. I have replaced the tfi, the distributor, and the coil. Still no spark. I have checked the no start list, and where my problem seems to lie is I am not getting a pulse from the tfi to the ignition coil. I have a pulse coming into the tfi from the PIP, . The tan wire that comes from the tfi has ground when the key is off, positive when the key is is run, and stays positive when cranking. If I'm correct the tan wire should be alternating between power and ground, coming from the tif to the coil, telling the coil to fire. Coil fires if I ground that tan wire. Someone, anyone, help me so I can do long awaited burnouts and donuts
