On my Cobra motor I have a stock 65mm throttle body. My brother will give me his old 70mm, and I was wondering if its worth any gain in horse power.

Thanks

The TB opening on the cobra is only 65mm, so you won't gain anything, you actually might lose a little bit with the switch to a 70mm. Unless the intake has been opened up a little bit, I think you should leave the 65mm on there for now.

I actually think the opening on the Cobra intake is 70mm.

With what you have, you prob won't notice anything. Ebay it and buy something else

Put it on and sell the 65mm. It will only help you as your car grows, it won't hurt you.

I had a pretty good motor and I still feel my 70 TB hurt my 89. Keep the 65 TB. Unless you're around 400 HP, then use the 70
