Those are the most obvious differences that come to mind, I did what you are talking about a few years back and the thing that I felt like that set mine apart from most, is doing stuff the right way... You can buy all parts aftermarket or you can buy the FRPP parts and believe me, they are made better. The Cervini's hood was no where near as nice as the real FRPP hood for instance (found out the hard way after buying the Cervini's first)... Also one more big thing, don't buy the Cervini's Front bumper, use your stock Cobra bumper and buy the splitter, then you can take it off when you are traveling to and from most places. You won't want to leave it on all the time, it's way too low and after having a piece of retreat fly into mine, I put my original front bumper back on and bought the FRPP splitter and said F*** it and put the holes in my stock bumper to be able to attatch the splitter at show's... it looked great after all was said n done... but the trial and error sucked... $$$$, please learn from my mistakes...
