Cobra rear brake install help

I am trying to install a set of cobra rotors on my 00 GT. How do I get the moan brace off without taking off the entire axle? It does not look like I can slide the moan brace off and put the new one on without opening up my diff and disconnecting my axle. Someone please enlighten me. Thanks
