What is the difference between a cobra RR hood and my cobra R hood? Is it the cowl size?

yup. the cobra r (I think is 1 1/2 inch rise) were the cobra rr has a 3-4 inch rise.

Cervini hoods are great.. The Ho fibertrend hoods are nice, but when I check they said could need work to get it to align correctly. The Cervini underside is finished & the HO fibertrend hood is not finished.
