Cobra tranny, engine, and rear end

I have a 2001 mustang GT 5/spd. Im planning on a 2004 cobra engine, tranny, and rear end swap. Im wondering how difficult would this be? What else would I need besides a new computer? Does anyone know of some websites that I could look on to get an estimated price on this? Any help will be greatly used. Or if anyone has any thoughts about how it will perform in my car or what kind on numbers I will be looking at that will be very helpful also. Thanks.

about 20k all said and done. There is a guy on So Cal horsepower.com that did it.

damn its better just to go get an 04 cobra for that price

ya it is better to just go with a cobra. the swap is cool, but actually getting the 03/04 cobra is better
