Cobra upper/lower intake

Hi guys and gals. I have a question.
How much more power will I be gaining if I install a cobra upper/lower intake ?
Is it easy to install ?

My Mods: catbacks, 3:73, timing advanced to 14, Shift kit.

You won't gain much / if anything by installing a new manifold on worn out stock E7's. It is best to wait and do the Heads and Intake at the same time.

I picked up a solid 15 RWHP by putting on an Edelbrock Performer, so I figure somewhere around there.

BTW the stock lower manifold is the bottleneck, not the E7 heads.

I picked up a lot of MPH with the addition of a performer intake on a E7 headed stock cammed motor as well. you will definatly gain some power
