Code 212, anybody know about it?

I pulled my codes today and got a 212 with the engine on...It says in the book, Loss of Ignition Diagnostic Monitor(IDM) signal- short to ground in Spark Outpout (SPOUT) circuit. What does this mean, I am clueless. It wouldnt have anything to do with my horn and cigarette lighter never working(fuse always pops when i put in a new one-(i cant find the ground)).

There are no 3 digit codes for Stangs built prior to 93 unless you have a 93 or later computer in your 91 Stang. Try pulling them again and respost your results.
