code 311 and 332

well i ran codes today and got 311 and 332.i took my smog pump off and the lines and cap some hoses the other day, Could that be the reason for code 311 Secondary air injection system inoperative during KOER self-test.what could cause 332 Insufficient EGR flow?

The A.I.R. system (smog) and EGR are completely separate systems. If you removed the smog stuff (pump, TAD/TAB, etc) that can generate an A.I.R. code. But if you have an EGR code, I would hunt it down. Make sure you didnt disturb the EGR components/plumbing (i.e. vac source) while doing the other removal.
