Went all over trying to find a OBD 1 scanner and couldnt find one so I decided to take it to a shop down the block and they checked it for free..(They have some expensive Snap-on scanner)

During the KOER test came up

Code 314 thermactor(dont know the rest) Cylinder Bank 2

It needs to be fixed before I could continue the test.

The car sputters in lower RPM's and at idle almost wants to die but picks back up..
Slight hesitation when I mash the pedal.

Why does that code need to be repaired before anything else can be done? Half of the cars on SN don't even have functional thermactor systems anymore (it's the smog pump and smog solenoids).

This code should not create drivability issues.

Did the shop offer to drive the car around the block while they view PIDs?

Good luck.
