hey guys i just got a checked engine light for rich in both bank 1 and 2 po175 po172. i cleaned the mass air flow and and what not made sure there where no restrictions in the intake. im still leaning toward a bad mass air flow anyone ran into this problem?
If it makes you feel better, I have the 0172 code right now. I think is just a small leak somewhere(due to messing with the intake and plenum a bit) or just a sensor that has seen its end.
most of the time p0172,175's are caused by a bad maf. or the fuel presure is too high, due to a bad presure regulator or bad FRP sensor in the 99+cars.
