i don't know what you are trying to ask here.

with the exception of maybe a strange strut, you cannot buy a true coil-over strut for our cars. you have to buy the strut of your choice then add a coil over kit.

best bet is to stick with a shock/strut combo that is proven and has kits readily available for them.
