Cold air intake popping sound

I have 2106 mustang 5.0 s550 and the cold air intake pops. Any idea why this could be happening? It's driving me nuts. I linked a video that's not mine but it's the exact same thing. Looks like he didn't get any answers either. View: https://youtu.be/GyCWTEo1wRg

You sure it's not coming from the throttle body? I had a similar noise and it went away after I replaced the TB. Might be worth looking into, there's no moving parts in an intake, it'd be odd if it were making noise.

Yep, I had a 85mm tb lieing around and it seemed to work. I didn't think the tb could make a sound like that, since the only moving part is the butterfly or whatever it's called. I thought it might be the purge valve that sits on top of the intake. It's an odd sound.

Yea me either, cheap fix though.
