cold air intake question for carburated 83 mustang

besides getting the factory cold air setup from the 85 GT does anyone know how i could make a cold air kit for my carbureated 83 mustang. i have a cowl induction hood and ive heard of drilling holes in the air cleaner and running tubes from the lid to the holes in the cowl induction hood scoop.


does anyone know a good way to make a cold air for a carb stang

You could use a carb tray with the back cut out.That way,you pull cold air right into the carb from the cowl opening.
