I was just wandering if the cold air intakes on ebay are crap or not?? they are very cheap (32$ buy it now.) I have a 98 mustang V6 and I want a little more power. would this be a waist of money?? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=38634&item=7945056520&rd=1

well, its 32 dollars buy it now, and the shipping is 24 bux! lol
yes, they will all cost you around fifty. Yes i think they are worth it, because they look kool and give you a little more kick (note: little) They can change the note of you engine slightly and i know that mine chirps when i get near redline. I had a problem with mine banging against the side of my car where it taks a right towards the TB... We originally fixed that with a rubber grommet, fell out, we tried again, and again. More recently we cut up my old intake and place it around that area completely, made holes for the little tubes going into it and all that jazz.
I bought From This guy (except mine was for the 94-95.. dur)
Revzo
I picked him because... at the time i think he was one of the only ones to have the filter with the reverse cone filter on top... (the guy u specified uses a regular flat top style...)
In essence all the kits are the same.. I am a proud owner of a kit that cost 1/3rd-1/4th the price of many others and gives me the same thing! But then we dont get the "MAC" or whomever name (not that i dislike them, i have a MAC exhaust and my older bro actually has a MAC CAI for his silver01gtvert! lol)
BTW i have NO IDEA why "Revzo" has a women talking on her cell phone in the item discription, but it definately makes me think of 'quality customer service', or a help line of some sort, not that that would apply here... at all.
