Going to install a CAI and have two picked out. A R2C and a JLT. Any one have any comments on either of these two systems. I have a 09 GT. I will also be getting a SCT tuner to go with it. I'm looking for the biggest increases.
Thanks Up Front

Suggest making sure that the tune supplier has a tune for the CAI that you buy. The JLT is well known, and will not be a problem. But better check on the R2C CAI.

Thanks I just found out with the R2C requires no tune. I'm going with a JLT and ordering it directly from them as a package (CAI and SCT Tuner). I was going to get it from American Muscle and save $20, but I feel the proper dyno tune for 93 octane and the matching color will be a better deal.

I didn't realize JLT was now offering tunes. I wonder who does the tunes for them or if they doing them on their own. I got mine from a tuner that I knew had a long track record, Brenspeed.

I would recommend the JLT2 for people who are cheap or a C&L Racer for those spending more cash. :)

I ordered the JLT CAI, SCT SF3 tuner and a GMS twin 62mm Throttle body from American Muscle. Tuner comes with 3 custom tunes. They provide all the dyno tunes and will provide them to me for a lifetime. All I have to do is ask. Download to my laptop and install to tuner. However JLT provides a package deal with 3 custom tunes for their CAI. No lifetime free tunes. Thanks for all the advice.

I'll have to call and ask. I do know they have a electronics shop. Fill you in when I get the info. I was told that JLT provides their own tunes for their own products. I would guess all the suppliers produce many dyno tunes.
