The title explains it. When the temperature gets to freezing or below my speedometer stops fully working. Usually the needle will eventually move up and then get stuck and eventually work its way back down again. The odometer and trip odometer still work so I know the speedo cable is spinning. The problem must be with the speedometer itself. Anyone else have this problem, and better yet does anyone else have a solution?
