Lesson number one - Google is your friend.
In the address bar (it's the long rectangle at the top of your screen where it now says "http://forums.stangnet.com/showthread.php?t=642187", clear that area and type in www.google.com. This will result in your screen showing you the Google home page. In the blank area provided for you to type things, enter the following exactly: "washington state department of licensing"
If you follow these instructions properly, all you have to do is click your cursor on the first link provided by Google and you will be taken directly to the DOL's home page.
Class dismissed.
