Aww, well, it was worth a shot! I'm married too, so I know where you're coming from.

Even in FL I still wouldn't get one of the lighter interior colors, just because I'm too likely to spill something or track some muck in. Yeah, I'm a little careless.

I went with tungsten and have been happy with it. It does have a slight purple hue but now that I've had it for a while I think it looks even better than the mineral gray metallic that I oringally wanted.

I get complements on the color all the time, every seems to think it's okay.

I'm pleased more than expected with my Tungsten too. I switched to Tungsten from Satin Silver... I see a little silver in the Tungsten Grey as well. The purple is really overexaggerated, I hardly ever see it. But I LOVE the color and the car almost causes wrecks all the time due to people gawking
