Combo?

Just don't want to put to much intake on and kill the performance.
PF intake 1500-6500 rpm
heads idle-5500?
Just curious if anybody is running a similar combo with stock cam.
 
It's true you may lose a little low end from the PP intake and something like a GT40 based intake would be better suited to the stock cam, but usually those get a little more pricey than the Typhoon unless you're running an Explorer intake. Why no plans for a cam swap? You can usually pick up a B or E cam (I know, Ford alphabet cams are outdated) for cheap, especially a used one. You could even do it on the cheap and reuse your stock lifters if you're in a bind since it's not as critical to use new ones with a roller cam, versus a flat tappet.
