comp cams stage 2's

i am wanting to put in a set of cams into my car....i want to go with the comp cams stage two cams..but i want the ones for an npi car. ii have the pi headswap but like the lift and duration of these cams better. would they make power in my car with my setup. i have heard that the pi heads dont flow past .500 lift..and like the duration of these cams as well as the powerband. would the make power on a pi head??any help would be appreciated

These cams will work great with your set-up. I have the stage 2 on my 98 GT with the NPI heads and it did wonders. Also anther benefit is you do not need to change your valve springs. It is just a drop in swap. The added duration will benefit you in the upper RPM range. A nice plus is the sound you will have from your exhaust. Here is mine idleing with the 268H cams.

i would go with the comp springs too.
