Hey Guys I Just Dropped In My Dss Long Block With Comp Cams Jba Headers And A Kenne Bell Sc. Everything Is Fine Except For A Ticking Noise That Sounds Like Its Coming From The Heads. Its Not That Noticeable At Idle But When I Rev It It Gets Louder. I Called Up Dss And They Told Me That Its Normal And Should Go Away After It Breaks In. What Do You Guys Think

get a stethoscope or something to try to localize where it is coming from. I am not framiliar enought with the 4.6 valvetrain to be much help. proably not a great thing if it gets louder when you rev it. did you ask Dss if they will come fix it if they were wrong? Or did they at least explain why there is a ticking? I don't mind a technical explination but hate hearing "oh it is just like that" would give me pause.
