comp eng. suspension

You sure bought the wrong springs. I am running 250lb springs up front on coilovers and they are pretty stiff. I wish I had gone with 200lb, but this is what MM suggested for street/strip. Oh, and mine are 14" also, those 12's are going to be too short IMO. Look at my sig for suspension mods.

You seem to be a classic example of a guy trying to lower his car and make it hook up at the same time. The two dont work together. FWIW, my car still doesnt get any better traction than it did with the prokit under it. Actually it seems a little worse. Springs, and shocks are not a cure all. Control arms in the rear, subframes, and torque box re-enforcements should compliment them nicely. You are never really done. :D

Actually im not trying to lower my car at all, if I wanted to lower my car I would have bought the pro kit or the sport kit. I'm trying to get a drag suspension within a street car. I wanna be able to hook when I need it but I want full street ability and have it ride nice not be all over the place. I bought the 300lb spring bc thats what I was recommended for street use, it also has 6 inches of adjustablity so I can lower or raise it.
