Comp Thumper cams - California emmisions

Has anyone passed smog in California with a set of Thumper cams installed? Will they just fail you once they hear the cam since none of them have a CARB EO number?

You shouldn't need a smog check yet... Cars 6 years old and newer don't require smog checks. So you won't need to check it until 2013. I can't imagine anyone has had to smog an S197 in CA yet, unless you brought it in from another state... that might change the rules...

Those cams have too much overlap to pass emissions. Don't know about CA but here in Colorado all cars have to pass emissions when they change ownership and the seller is responsible to pay for any repairs needed to pass.
