I did some research and compiled a list of aftermarket head flow numbers from different head porting companies

Fox Lake Racing

Stage 1 - 200 cfm Intake/182 cfm Exhaust @.550
Stage 2 - 223 cfm Intake/195 cfm Exhaust @.550

Patriot Performance

Stage 1 - 211 cfm Intake/185 cfm Exhaust @.550
Stage 2 - 217 cfm Intake/189 cfm Exhaust @.550

VT Engines

Stage 1 - 200 cfm Intake/180 cfm Exhaust - not sure if done at .550
Stage 2 - 220 cfm Intake/195 cfm Exhaust - not sure if done at .550

T&J Performance

Stage 2 - 224 cfm Intake/203 cfm Exhaust @.550
Stage 3 - 248 cfm Intake/225 cfm Exhaust @.550

Sean Hyland Motorsports

Full Race - 225 cfm Intake/205 cfm Exhaust @.600

Steen Racing

Non P.I. Ported heads 190 cfm Intake/165 Exhaust @.550
Headswap for 96-98 with P.I. heads 210 cfm Intake/170 Exhaust @.500

Not sure on Steen Racings PI stage 1 and stage 2 numbers, awaiting email from them

Livernois Motorsports

Can't find any informaytion on there numbers either awaiting an email from them.

Stock PI Heads

163 cfm Intake/150 cfm Exhaust @.550

Ford Motorsport SVO Heads

215 cfm Intake/147 cfm Exhaust @.550

If anybody else has anymore head flow data, please chime in. These numbers are the most updated I could find.

Good work!

Is there any info to be had on the combustion chamber volume after porting?! I wanna lower my compression ratio for a blower!
