I know this has probably been asked before and I searched, but couldn't find exactly what I'm looking for...
What would happen if I completly removed the EGR plate? I'm not talking about putting a blockoff plate or something like that on it. I'm talking about taking the throttle body off, removing the "plate" that goes between the throttle body and intake, and putting the throttle body back on.
Besides not being able to mount my cables, what would the effects be? I need that extra couple inches of space.
I'm not using any of the smog equiptment by the way.
