Supercharger Question
Well i have a 302 in my ranger so no kit is offered or one that could be modified easily to fit. I have 94-95 intake timing cover and accessories. I have access to a lathe and mill so building brakets is no problem
Here is my plan, take off the upper intake. Make a bracket to mount a roots style blower over the valve cover. The blower is off a t-bird Supercoupe. I will use the supercoupe blower intake as the tb(same mounting holes as 95 mustang), Egr, and bypass are built in. Make piping to go from blower to intercoller then in to a manifold i will make to mate to the lower intake. I was thinking of using the supercoupe 36# injectors and fuel regulator. As for the pulleys i was hoping i could change the pulleys with supercoupe pulleys (8 rib) and run the blower inline with the accessories. Or if i have to step it infront an add tensioner and crank pulley.
So will this work fuel and ignition wise. Thanks for the help.
