did a compression check on my motor 180 across except the 4 cyl which was 143. then found head gasket is leaking minor amount of coolant outside of the block.think this could cause motor to be down on power and think i could try to torque head back down motor is fresh with gt40p heads
I would pull the head and replace the gasket., then do another comp. test. There is another problem besides the coolant leak, that compression is going somewhere.

i did not build the motor but maybe the ring are not staggered 180. think the cyl being that low would cause power to be down.140 is still not that bad
