Concerns about buying a s/c GT

well im building a novi 2000 gt myself. i bought the car new and am doing the hole thing myself. by the time im done, i will have spent anywhere from 50 to 60 grand. so really you are getting a hell of a deal. like said previously, the work is done for you. you may have to make minor adjusments, but mph is right near you. you cant beat that.

i do have one question. it has the novi2000 and blower cams and its only putting 400 at the wheels? dame after i spend all the money i gonna, i want atlaest 420-450. :D

It's because it's on a safe tune and only 7# boost.

You go from helping to being a little bitch, why is that?

The last beetle would've scalded you like a cat.
and its still a beetle; besides i was kidding i was directing that comment towards the line about backing down to a base GT instead of a 400rwhp monster to avoid headaches when there really shouldnt be any if MPH did the work.

whats a 486whp beetle run in the quarter anyway?
