confused about speedcal

Can I use this speedcal?... http://www.dallasmustang.com/page/products.php?category=&group=&family=&product=9910ER

It says its for '94-04 manual transmission cars' but it always says its for '96-98 mustangs'.

Are any of you guys running this speedcal?

yah it can be used there is a walkthrough and it also come with instructions.
